We want you to love your ritual, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns on all orders within 90 days of receipt. Please note that items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Safely place the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box with the prepaid label attached.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
